About the Role

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading a high-performing team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? Bahamas Experience Tours (BET) is looking for a Cruise Operations Supervisor to oversee our cruise shore excursion operations at the Nassau Cruise Port.

This is a leadership role requiring strong organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless tour execution and superior guest satisfaction.

As a Cruise Operations Supervisor, you will:

Lead and oversee a team of Customer Service Representatives handling guest check-ins, logistics, and communications.
Ensure smooth operations for tour departures, ticketing, and wristband distribution.
Coordinate with drivers and tour guides to guarantee a well-executed itinerary and safety compliance.
Monitor and report guest counts and key updates to headquarters.
Resolve issues and escalations, acting as the first point of contact for guest concerns and logistical challenges.
Track team performance, provide coaching, and implement improvements to maintain service excellence.

Requirements

Education: High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field preferred.


Experience: 3-5 years in tourism, hospitality, or customer service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

  • Leadership – Ability to manage and motivate a team.

  • Customer Service – Strong guest engagement and problem-solving skills.

  • Organization – Manage multiple moving parts and keep operations running smoothly.

  • Communication – Clear verbal and written skills; experience with WhatsApp, radio systems, or scheduling software preferred.

  • Adaptability – Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment.
