About the Role
The Driver is responsible for transporting guests in a safe, professional, courteous, and efficient manner in accordance with luxury transportation standards. The role involves maintaining the assigned vehicle, providing exceptional guest service, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
As a Driver, you will:
Provide luxury transportation services for guests, ensuring a first-class experience.
Perform pre- and post-shift vehicle inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness.
Use the transportation app to update trip status.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while transporting guests.
Assist guests with embarking, disembarking, and luggage handling.
Report any mechanical concerns and ensure vehicle maintenance compliance.
Ensure compliance with Bahamian transportation regulations and company policies.
Requirements
Education & Licensing:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Bahamas Public Service License (PSL) – REQUIRED.
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
Experience & Skills:
1-2 years of professional driving experience (luxury transportation or hospitality preferred).
Strong customer service skills and a polished professional demeanor.
Knowledge of GPS navigation and transportation applications.
Ability to drive standard shift vehicles.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs (assisting with luggage).
